Hmm hello first i like your photos u r talented and second id like to ask what camera do u use ?
On the camera - it depends on the project, really. As I’m kind of an uncontrollable snapper, I do quite a bit of my work on the Nikon D600. I’m one of the few Nikon customers who didn’t get dicked over by the camera’s well-documented oil issues and really enjoy the feel of the camera and quality it produces compared to their heavier and more hardware-cumbersome full frame cameras. I’ve also done a bit of work over the years on Nikon’s D7100, D7000, and D90 models and I’d recommend them in a heart-beat if you’re not quite ready to jump on the full frame bandwagon.
I also work on film for more controlled passion projects. I own a Nikon F100 for 35mm projects and a Mamiya 645AFD for medium format film projects. If I’m half-way decent at my job, you won’t notice the difference between any of these photos unless I tell you up-front.
For film, I generally shoot with Kodak Portra all the way. I enjoyed the production lines of NC and VC films, but so far am pretty happy with their hybrid Portra films. 160, 400, 800… good stuff. For black and white work, I’m more of an Illford fella.
I might have answered in too many words, but there you have it. Good luck!
